Two cover the passenger-side frontal air bag inflator module: an inflator explosion can send sharp metal fragments at the driver or other occupants, risking serious injury or death. The other two cover the heated washer fluid system, where a short circuit on the printed circuit board or control-circuit ground wire can overheat, cause other electrical features to malfunction, create an odor or smoke, and in later reports raise the risk the module ignites and starts a fire.
