The first covers certain replacement fuel filters whose connector was not manufactured to specification, so the O-ring may not seat correctly on the fuel line, risking an inadequate seal and, near an ignition source, a fire. The second covers certain replacement wheel hub assemblies whose inboard retention nut can loosen, producing an ABS light indication, noise, and potentially wheel separation and a crash. The third covers the second-row folding head restraints, which have two pinch points that can trap and injure a finger when the restraint folds rearward.
