Known issues on the 2007 Express 1500. The federal record for this year carries four recalls, every one of them on platform wheelchair lifts fitted to converted vans. The anti-stow interlock can fail to sense that a wheelchair user is aboard, and the threshold warning system can miss a user standing in part of the threshold area, so the lift may move or fold away when it should be locked out.
