Known issues on the 2005 Express 1500. Eight recalls attach to this model year, and most of them follow the van into commercial conversion. Several cover platform wheelchair lifts whose interlocks fail to sense an occupant, so the lift can stow or move while someone is standing on it. Another involves a center high-mounted stop lamp lens that passes too little light for following drivers to read the braking. Buckles at the front and rear seats that refuse either to latch or to release round out the list. The 59 complaints run to structure at nine, service brakes at eight and tires at six.
