1995 Chevrolet G20 Service and Repair Manual

Known issues on the 1995 G20. Six recalls are on the federal record here. Two of them concern the sliding side door, whose rear latch was riveted badly enough that the door may not hold as required in a crash. Another warns that vans with three-sensor antilock brakes can need longer to stop on mixed surfaces during an antilock stop. A replacement fuel filter that seals poorly at its connection can leak gasoline and, near an ignition source, start a fire. Complaints number 87, weighted toward the service brakes at 36, then the suspension at nine and the seat belts at seven, all systems specified in this manual.
