Known issues on the 1985 G20. One recall is on the federal record for this year, and it concerns replacement oil filters whose seal can fail, draining engine oil and raising the risk of a fire. Owners have logged six complaints, spread thinly, with the tires, the suspension and the service brakes each drawing one and no single system dominating. Brake hydraulics, suspension geometry and wheel-end service are each given their own procedures, specifications and torque values here, together with the diagnostic routines that sort a worn van's symptoms back to their source.
