1994 Chevrolet G20 Service and Repair Manual

Known issues on the 1994 G20. Seven recalls stand on the federal record for this year. On vans with three-sensor antilock brakes, stopping distances can stretch on mixed surfaces during an antilock stop. A transformer powering an interior neon light beam can overheat and set the assembly and the roof around it alight. Front seat backs built below the required head restraint height leave occupants more exposed in a sudden stop or crash. Of the 48 complaints, 21 name the service brakes and five the air bags.
