1991 Chevrolet C2500 Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 1991 Chevrolet C2500 has five engines to keep straight, one more than the year before: a 4.3L V6, the 5.0L, 5.7L and 7.4L gasoline V8s, and the 6.2L diesel. Known issues on the 1991 C2500. Two recalls appear on the federal record, both concerning replacement filters that can fail to seal. One lets fuel escape at its connection where a spark could reach it; the other lets engine oil out under pressure. Either can start a fire. A single owner complaint was recorded for the year, on the fuel and propulsion system.
