Known issues on the 1991 C2500. Two recalls appear on the federal record, both concerning replacement filters that can fail to seal. One lets fuel escape at its connection where a spark could reach it; the other lets engine oil out under pressure. Either can start a fire. A single owner complaint was recorded for the year, on the fuel and propulsion system. Fuel delivery diagnosis, line and fitting torque values, and engine lubrication procedures are set out in this manual for each of the five engines it covers.
