2025 Hyundai Tucson Service and Repair Manual

Refreshed for 2025, the Tucson gained a redesigned dashboard with a curved dual-screen display, revised front and rear styling and a column shifter across the range. The powertrain menu is unchanged: a 2.5L four-cylinder in the gas models, a 1.6L turbocharged full hybrid and a 1.6L turbocharged plug-in hybrid. Trims span SE to Limited and XRT, hybrids from Blue to N Line and Limited, and plug-ins in SEL and Limited form. Known issues on the 2025 Tucson. Seven recalls are on federal record for this model year. They include a missing glove box air bag warning label, console extension wiring routed so the transmission can leave Park without the brake applied, connecting rod bolts that may be improperly tightened and lead to engine damage, and side curtain air bags that may not have been installed properly. The other three cover instrument panel display software errors (two campaigns) and front camera software that can trigger automatic emergency braking unexpectedly. Owners have logged 425 complaints.
