Known issues on the 2024 TITAN. Two recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the driver's front air bag inflator module, which may absorb moisture and cause the air bag to deploy improperly, not protecting the driver as intended during a crash. The second covers the air bag/restraint control module, which may be missing a spacer that lets its mounting fastener loosen, leaving the Air Bag Control Unit unsecured and able to prevent or delay air bag deployment. No complaints or technical service bulletins are logged for the year. The factory diagnostic and repair procedures behind each of those systems are here.
From an air bag control unit inspection to routine V8 service, it keeps you on the OEM procedure and the correct specification for your specific 2024 TITAN.
