Known issues on the 2014 TITAN. Two recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the Tire and Loading Information label, which overstated the truck's maximum load and passenger capacity; loading to that incorrect figure could exceed the tire's rated capacity and lead to tire failure and a crash. The second covers the driver-side front airbag inflator module, which was manufactured with a defect that can cause it to rupture on deployment and send metal fragments into the cabin.
