Known issues on the 2024 Colorado. Three recall items trace to something left unfinished at assembly: a lock ring that may not have been fully locked when the fuel pump went into the tank, which can let fuel escape in a crash; tires that do not match the vehicle's tire label, leaving the pressure monitoring system to report against the wrong figures; and a front seat belt buckle attachment bolt that was not tightened properly, so the belt may not hold an occupant in a crash. Complaints total 121: 28 electrical, 20 on service brakes and 17 on the engine, each with its own diagnostic sections.
