Known issues on the 2023 Colorado. Three recalls are on the record for this model year. In one, the front camera module can read an obstacle that is not there and trigger automatic emergency braking, so the truck slows or stops abruptly on its own. In another, front wheel hub bolts over-tightened during assembly can loosen or break, with loss of control possible. The third concerns a front seat belt buckle bolt left insufficiently tightened.
