Known issues on the 2007 Colorado. Three recalls are on the record for this year. One covers the brake lamp switch, which can fail so all stop lamps go out at once or stay illuminated, leaving following drivers without warning of a stop. Another covers cabs without a rear seat, whose front center seating position does not meet the federal child restraint requirement. The third is a certification label with an incomplete rim designation, which can lead to a replacement wheel of the wrong contour being fitted. Of 140 complaints, 41 are electrical, 20 on service brakes and 15 on exterior lighting.
