Known issues on the 2020 Express 2500. Sixteen complaints are on record for this year, and nine of them, more than half, concern the power train, with two each on the electrical system and the body structure. When reports cluster on the driveline, the questions worth answering are mechanical and measurable: fluid condition and level, shift quality against the specified pressures, and the clearances a transmission or axle is supposed to hold. The manual gives those figures, the overhaul procedures that go with them, and the torque values for reassembly.
