Known issues on the 2007 Express 2500. Seven complaints are all this model year attracted, two of them about tires and one each about the electrical system and the body structure. There is no pattern in a record that small, and a van bought used has to be judged by inspection instead. That is where the reference material earns its place: wheel and tire specifications with inflation and wear criteria, wiring diagrams that identify every ground and connector, and body and frame procedures describing how the panels and mounts are supposed to sit.
