2014 Chrysler 300 Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2014 Chrysler 300 covers a car recorded with six engines. Only one, the 3.6L DOHC V6, is listed for flex-fuel or gasoline. Known issues on the 2014 300. The federal record lists 7 recalls for the 2014 300. On certain AWD cars, the front driveshaft bolts could work loose and let the shaft disconnect, possibly with a loss of power; dealers fitted new bolts. A short in the wiring of certain vehicles could leave cruise control engaged even after braking or switching it off, holding or raising speed, and dealers reflashed the engine or powertrain control module. Certain cars with a 3.6L engine and 160 amp alternator, a recall covering 17116 vehicles, could stall when the alternator failed. Owners filed 247 complaints, with 75 on the electrical system and 73 on the power train; 22 reported a crash, 4 a fire and 9 an injury.
