Known issues on the 2011 Odyssey. Five recalls are on federal record for this model year. Two involve the second row outboard seats: on one set of vehicles the seat can be installed between its two latch positions so it never locks to the striker and tips forward under braking, and on another the seat's release lever can stay unlocked and let the seat move unexpectedly, both raising injury risk to the occupant. A third covers the driver and front passenger power windows, which can come off their track, become inoperative, or drop into the door. A fourth covers the windshield wipers, where blades frozen to the glass can bend or separate the linkage rod and cut visibility in bad weather. The fifth covers the driver's airbag module, which can be missing one or more attachment rivets and alter deployment performance in a crash. Owners have filed 232 complaints for the year.
