2011 Audi Q7 Service and Repair Manual

Known issues on the 2011 Q7. Four recalls are on federal record for this model year. Two separate campaigns cover the fuel pump flange on gasoline models: it can crack or otherwise fail to seal, letting fuel leak near an ignition source and raising fire risk, with the second recall addressing vehicles that had only received an interim butyl-tape repair under the first. A third recall covers the fuel injection system, where a fuel rail leak again raises the risk of a fire. A fourth covers the certification label, which lists an incorrect Gross Axle Weight Rating and can allow the vehicle to be overloaded. Owners have filed 23 complaints for the year, and no technical service bulletins are logged. The factory diagnostic and repair procedures behind each of those systems are here.
From a fuel pump flange inspection to torquing the rail on the TDI or just keeping the axle rating straight, it keeps you on the OEM procedure for your specific 2011 Q7.
