2003 Isuzu N-Series Service and Repair Manual

Known issues on the 2003 N-Series. Two recalls are on federal record. In one, fuel switching manifold solenoids on trucks with RPO IK9 lack resistance to water and salt, and a failed solenoid can overflow diesel from the filler neck, a fire risk near an ignition source. In the other, trucks with the optional oil pan heater (RPO IG3) can overheat the extension cord at a debris-fouled plug, melting it and raising the risk of fire. No owner complaints are logged.
