This factory service and repair manual for the 2001 Ford E-150 Econoline deals with a single body and a single trim, the two-door standard cargo van in Base form, but with three engines behind it. The 4.2L overhead-valve V6, the 4.6L overhead-cam V8 and the 5.4L overhead-cam V8 measure 256, 281 and 330 cubic inches, and all are naturally aspirated gasoline units. Procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics are grouped by system, which keeps the shared chassis work in one place.
