Known issues on the 1999 Express 2500. Two recalls sit on this year's record. One is a fire risk under the hood: a power steering cooler hose can separate from the brake booster fluid flow switch, and the fluid it releases can land on hot engine parts. The second reaches aftermarket corner and bumper lamps sold without the required amber side reflectors.
