1994 Ford F-350 Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 1994 Ford F-350 answers to six engines: the naturally aspirated and turbocharged 7.3L diesel V8s, the 4.9L inline-six, and the 5.0L, 5.8L and 7.5L gasoline V8s. Known issues on the 1994 F-350. The federal record carries seven recalls against this year. A speed control deactivation switch could overheat and cause an underhood fire, and a separate entry describes a heavily loaded truck holding throttle in cruise after cresting a hill instead of backing off, with speed rising unannounced. The driver seat power lumbar harness could be chafed by the cushion support wires until it shorted and overheated, and the parking brake self-adjust pawl could slip. Owners have filed 112 complaints with NHTSA, weighted toward the service brakes and the power train.
