THE VENTURI TUBE CAN PARTIALLY BLOCK THE THROTTLE PLATEAND PREVENT IT FROM RETURNING TO ITS FULL IDL
Remedy
REPLACE THE PRESS-FIT VENTURI TUBE WITH A THREAD TYPE TUBE.
