1991 Chevrolet C1500 Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 1991 Chevrolet C1500 is written for two cabs, six trims and six engines, which is a great deal of truck to hold in one volume. Known issues on the 1991 C1500. Two recalls stand on the federal record, both involving replacement filters rather than original hardware: a fuel filter that can seal inadequately at its connection and leak, and an oil filter that can seal inadequately and lose engine oil, with fire the risk in either case. Complaints are heavier at forty-two, service brakes leading with fifteen, then tires with five and structure with four.
