2025 Ram 3500 Service and Repair Manual

Known issues on the 2025 3500. Five recalls are on federal record for the 2025 Ram 3500. Software on trucks with the 3.5-inch cluster and column shifter may display the wrong gear; another software error may leave the instrument cluster blank; and an occupant restraint controller fault may stop the driver air bag or pretensioner deploying and disable the stability control system. A trailer tow module may fail to light the trailer or apply its brakes, and instrument panel display software may fail. Owners have filed 42 complaints, chiefly about the electrical system, service brakes, forward collision avoidance and power train.
