2021 Ford F-59 Commercial Stripped Chassis Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2021 Ford F-59 Commercial Stripped Chassis is written for the Base Stripped incomplete chassis and its single engine, the naturally aspirated 7.3L OHV V8 of 445 cubic inches on gasoline. The lineup is one trim and one engine, so the procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics apply to every 2021 F-59, covering the V8 and the rear axle, steering and fuel tank on the chassis that the recall record for this year names.

Known issues on the 2021 F-59 Commercial Stripped Chassis. Three recalls are on federal record for 2021: inadequate rear axle lubricant that can seize the wheel bearings and fail the rear axle or driveshaft, an improperly tightened intermediate steering shaft bolt that can let the shaft separate from the steering gear, and fuel tank weld seam paint that can peel and let the metal corrode into a leak. Owners have logged four complaints with NHTSA, two on the engine and one on the suspension. The manual's rear axle, steering and fuel tank procedures and torque values, and its 7.3L V8 engine diagnostics, cover those items.
