2017 Volkswagen Beetle Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2017 Volkswagen Beetle is for a 2-door convertible or 2-door hatchback in any of twelve trims, a list that runs from Classic and Denim to Dune, #PinkBeetle and R-Line SEL. Known issues on the 2017 Beetle. Owners have lodged 17 complaints on the 2017 Beetle, 8 about air bags and 3 about the electrical system. Three recalls are recorded. Certain 2017 Beetle vehicles had an incorrect tire information label that could lead a driver to overload the car, affecting handling or damaging tires; dealers fitted a corrected label. Certain cars also carry a driver frontal inflator that may explode as its propellant degrades under prolonged heat and humidity, and dealers replaced the module. On certain cars with automatic transmission, keyless entry and a manual parking brake, a silicate-coated shift switch could let the key come out while not in Park.
