On 2.0L GTDi cars, underfloor fuel delivery lines can run with insufficient clearance to the under shield and body, chafing until a fuel leak develops near an ignition source. Certain 2015 units built in a narrow September 2014 window can have the FEAD belt, PAS pump pulley, or battery positive cable at the alternator work loose, risking an electrical short and fire or a loss of power steering.
