Known issues on the 2014 E-150. Six recalls are on the federal record for this model year. Five were issued by wheelchair lift installers and concern a positioning cam that could stop a platform above the floor, platform mountings that could move, cracked side plates and a control cable near a power lug. The sixth covers a CNG cylinder that could dislodge on converted vans. Owners have filed six complaints with NHTSA, naming the service brakes twice and steering and the power train once each, all of which are documented here.
