Known issues on the 2007 E-150. Eight recalls stand on the federal record for the 2007 van, and seven of them concern wheelchair lifts installed by converters: roll stop latches that could fail to hold, platform mountings that could work loose, cracked platform side plates and a control cable that could contact a power lug. The eighth is Ford's campaign on replacement fuel tanks with an unsealed sensor hole.
