Known issues on the 2007 Suburban 2500. Four recalls are recorded for this year. Two of them concern a passenger air bag inflator that can rupture when it fires, throwing sharp metal fragments into the cabin at the occupants it is meant to protect. The other two involve the heated washer fluid module, where a short on its circuit board can disturb other electrical functions, raise an odor or smoke, and in the worse case let the module itself ignite. Of 482 complaints, air bags account for 205, the structure for 58 and the electrical system for 47, all of them systems this manual diagnoses.
