The first covers the rear and front-passenger seat belt retractors, which may not stay properly locked in automatic mode for child restraint installation, raising the risk of injury or death in a crash. The second covers the automatic transmission gear selector: a bushing on the selector lever can fail, letting the vehicle be exited without Park truly engaged or the parking brake applied, so it can roll away unexpectedly. The third covers the fuel pump flange, which can crack and leak fuel near a potential ignition source, raising fire risk. The fourth covers missing caps over the low-beam headlight adjustment screws, which can leave the headlights improperly aimed and glaring oncoming drivers.
