Known issues on the 2002 Savana 2500. NHTSA holds 23 owner complaints for the 2002 van. The electrical system draws the largest share, with the service brakes and body structure close behind. Those three headings send a technician to different parts of the book: wiring diagrams and circuit diagnostics for the first, hydraulic brake procedures with their clearance specifications and bleeding sequence for the second, and the body and frame material, including fastener torque values and panel service instructions, for the third.
