One covers headlamps missing the amber side reflex reflector; without those reflectors, lighting visibility may be affected. The other covers combination corner and bumper lamp assemblies sold as aftermarket equipment, where decreased lighting visibility may result in a vehicle crash. Owners have logged 373 complaints with NHTSA for the year, and Toyota has issued 33 technical service bulletins for the car.
