Known issues on the 1993 Escort. Three recalls touch this model year. One concerns aftermarket replacement corner lamps, turn signals and headlights sold without the amber side reflectors the standard requires. Another covers the front suspension offset toe adjusting pin, which can fracture and cost the driver steering control. The third covers driver-side inboard seat track adjusters whose lock plates would not fully engage near the middle of their travel.
