Known issues on the 1985 P30. Six recalls sit on the federal record for this year. One covers a cooling fan blade that can fatigue and break away at the hub with the engine running, striking anyone near the open hood. Another involves a wheel cracking between disc and rim until the rim separates from the disc. A third concerns a left lower control arm that cracks and lets the ball joint pull out of it, taking steering with it. Two owner complaints are recorded, one on tires and one on suspension — the wheel, axle and front end work this manual specifies.
