1974 Toyota Pickup Service and Repair Manual

This service and repair manual is written for the 1974 Toyota Pickup specifically, so the figures and procedures in it are the ones Toyota published for that model year rather than values carried across from a neighboring year. On a truck this old that distinction matters, because general-purpose guides tend to blur several years of the Pickup together and the settings did not always stay the same from one year to the next.

Engines

• 2.0L inline-four (18R-C, 120 cu in) — SOHC, naturally aspirated, gasoline

Trims

• Automatic Trans
• Standard Trans

Whether yours is the standard-transmission or the automatic 1974 Pickup, the work stays on Toyota's own procedure and the specification that belongs to your truck.
