Known issues on the 2025 F-350 Super Duty. Six recalls are on federal record for this model year. A poorly welded steering column shifter may detach and prevent the driver from selecting park; cracked diesel fuel return line connectors can leak fuel; the brake booster pushrod retaining spring may be missing, allowing a sudden loss of braking; and the instrument panel cluster may fail at startup. The remaining two involve the integrated trailer module losing communication while towing and a rear driveshaft friction weld that can fail and cut drive power.
