Known issues on the 2022 Sprinter 3500. Six recalls are recorded for the 2022 Sprinter 3500. On certain vans with electrically adjustable swivel seats in front, the seat harnesses could be misrouted and damaged, which could stop the front side air bags from deploying correctly. A rollaway recall covered certain vans having the 7-speed automatic together with a manual parking brake, where a fatigued guide bushing could leave the parking pawl disengaged. On certain vans, the partition wall could be missing bolts. Service brakes draw 2 of the 7 owner complaints, with power train and wheels at 1 each.
