Known issues on the 2021 Golf. NHTSA lists 1 recall for the 2021 Golf. It concerned certain 2021 Golf vehicles whose rear view camera could glitch during an ignition cycle, blanking the display or freezing the infotainment screen and leaving the driver without a proper view when backing up. Dealers corrected it with an infotainment software update.
