Side-view mirror heating pads may not be bonded properly, letting the mirror glass detach and reduce driver visibility. A faulty MOST coaxial cable connector can keep the rearview camera image from displaying. A tie rod fastener connecting the brake booster to the brake master cylinder may have been improperly assembled, which can let the master cylinder separate from the booster and cause a loss of brake function. The front passenger seat weight sensor may crack and short circuit, failing to suppress the air bag as intended and, in a separate recall covering later production, causing the air bag to deploy unintentionally. The in-tank fuel pump may fail and cause an engine stall while driving. On vehicles sold in a defined list of cold-climate and road-salt states, the rear subframe may corrode at the suspension mounting points, leading to rear suspension component failure and a loss of vehicle handling.
