Known issues on the 2020 Yukon. Four recalls appear on the federal record. One covers a fuel pump built without its pressure regulator, so the system over-pressurizes, cracks the pump and leaks fuel where an ignition source can find it. A second involves tires cured too long, which can break the sidewall or separate the belt edge. A third traces a wheel-speed sensor fault that makes the driveline protection system brake the opposite wheel, and a fourth a missing transfer case part that can lock a set of wheels. With 36 complaints, mostly power train and engine, the driveline chapters see the most use.
