2011 GMC Yukon Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2011 GMC Yukon covers six trims, Base, Denali, Denali Hybrid, Hybrid, SLE and SLT, of one four-door sport utility. Three flex-fuel V8s feed them: a 5.3L of 325 cubic inches, a 6.2L of 376 and a 6.0L full hybrid of 364, each overhead-valve and naturally aspirated. Known issues on the 2011 Yukon. Five recalls sit on this year's record. One describes an ignition lock actuator that can bind so the key stays at start and then snaps back to accessory, cutting engine, steering and braking assist at once. Another covers intermediate steering shaft bolts left under-torqued, letting the joint separate. A third involves rear axle cross pins that were not heat treated properly and can fracture, costing directional control. Complaints total 399, weighted toward the air bags at 157 and structure at 50.
