Known issues on the 2003 Yukon. Six recalls are on record. One concerns a brake hydro-boost housing relief valve bore machined out of specification, which can fracture the valve seal and raise the effort needed to brake or steer. Another covers rear door upper hinge welds that may not have been laid to specification, weakening the door in a side impact. A third involves second-row center belt routing that keeps the lap portion off the hips.
