The first covers a rear axle alignment that may not have been properly inspected after an earlier repair, which can cause premature or uneven tire wear and increase the risk of a crash. The second covers the rear axle trailing arm lock nut, which can break from stress corrosion and misalign the rear axle, leading to a loss of control. The third covers a faulty connection in the Passenger Occupant Detection System's seat heater cable, which can cause the system to misdiagnose a malfunction and disable the passenger air bag. Owners have filed 127 complaints for this model year, and no technical service bulletins are logged.

Consequence
Rear axle misalignment may cause premature or uneven tire wear, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy

Consequence
