Known issues on the 2019 LX 570. Two recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the front passenger air bag inflator module: over time the seat belt tension sensor wire harness may break and deactivate the front passenger air bag, the knee air bag and the passenger seat-mounted side air bag, and in the event of a crash deactivated air bags can increase the risk of injury. The second covers the gasoline fuel pump on the delivery side of the fuel system — if the fuel pump fails, the engine can stall while driving, increasing the risk of a crash.
