Fitment for this 2010 Lexus LX 570 service and repair manual is set by the exact year, engine and trim it was written for, so the clearances, tolerances and torque sequences it gives for the 5.7L V8 (3UR-FE) are the ones Lexus published for the 2010 truck rather than values carried over from an adjacent model year.

Known issues on the 2010 LX 570. Three recalls are on federal record for this model year, and two of them concern the air bags. In the first, the seat belt tension sensor wire harness may break over time and deactivate the front passenger air bag, the knee air bag and the passenger seat-mounted side air bag; in the event of a crash, deactivated air bags can increase the risk of injury. In the second, the vehicle may be equipped with an incorrect driver or front passenger air bag, which may not deploy as intended in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury. The third covers the accelerator pedal, which can get stuck in the wide open position due to being trapped by an unsecured or incompatible driver's floor mat; a stuck open accelerator pedal may result in very high vehicle speeds and make it difficult to stop the vehicle, which could cause a crash, serious injury or death. Owners have filed 5 complaints for the year. The diagnostic and repair procedures behind each of those systems are here.
Whether you are working on the seat belt tension sensor harness and the air bag circuits it feeds, checking the accelerator pedal and the driver's floor mat, or working a scheduled service on the 5.7L V8, it keeps you on the OEM procedure and the correct specification for this 2010 LX 570.
