The second is filed under equipment labels: Gulf States Toyota recalled certain 2005-2010 vehicles for failing to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 110, "Tire Selection and Rims" — the label does not meet the standard requirements. Owners have filed 109 complaints against the 2007 Matrix, and Toyota has issued 77 technical service bulletins for it.
