The download I received was a complete waste of my money. Was not even close to what it was represented as. I thought I was getting a proper service repair manual. What I got was a collection of service bulletins. I sent an email to your company right after I looked through it requesting my money back. Have yet to hear a response. Terry Muich

It was much larger than i expected. 5 documents at 12k pages each. Its not something ill actually be able read but its easy enough to find what you need..
The Ford F250 manual is much easier to navigate at just over 8000 pages.
If i spend the money for Adobe Acrobat Professional ill be able to break it down into manageable bits.
Both manuals area great value for the money.

I wasn’t sure why I needed this to be a PDF, but it was apparent once I got it. It includes what would be thousands of pages if it were in print. The links take you to wherever you need to go in the text.

would rather have a maintenance manual. have a parts manual from parts vu company. only difference is that your parts manual has all together whereas the parts vu had to download the differsections individually.

Our original order was supposed to be for our 2014 Subaru Outback, yet the manual came up as Forester. We did have to purchase a new manual in order for them to send us the correct manual. We hope it will help us repair our Subaru.

Every specification and service sequence in the 2005 Kia Sedona factory service and repair manual is the one Kia published for this exact year, engine and trim — not a close-enough figure carried over from an earlier or later Sedona that looks the same on the outside but is documented differently underneath.

Engines covered

  • 3.5L V6 — DOHC, naturally aspirated, gasoline

Body styles covered

  • 5-door mini passenger van

Trims covered

  • EX
  • LX

Known issues on the 2005 Sedona. Two recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the throttle cable in the vehicle speed control system: on certain mini vans, freezing conditions can cause water on the throttle cable to freeze during normal operation, which can cause the cable to stick and prevent the engine from returning to idle. The second covers the wheels on certain mini vans equipped with alloy wheels: moisture can accumulate around the rear hub caps and cause damage to the outer wheel bearing, and wheel bearing failure may occur without warning which could result in a crash. Owners have filed 272 complaints for the year and Kia has issued 21 technical service bulletins.

From inspecting a rear wheel bearing to freeing a binding throttle cable or running a scheduled service on the 3.5L V6, the manual keeps you on Kia's own procedure and the correct specification for your specific 2005 Sedona.

NHTSA #05V32900020/07/2005Component: VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL:CABLES

ON CERTAIN MINI VANS, FREEZING CONDITIONS CAN CAUSE WATER ON THE THROTTLE CABLE TO FREEZE DURING NORMAL OPERATION. RESISTANCE TO MOVEMENT OF THE THROTTLE CABLE CAN OCCUR WHEN THE DRIVER LIFTS THEIR FOOT OFF OF THE GAS PEDAL.

Consequence

THIS CAN CAUSE THE CABLE TO STICK, THUS PREVENTING THE ENGINE FROM RETURNING TO IDLE AND CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO MAINTAIN SPEED OR ACCELERATE. SUCH AN EVENT CAN OCCUR WITHOUT WARNING AND COULD CAUSE A CRASH.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL MODIFY A PROTECTIVE SLEEVE AROUND THE THROTTLE CABLE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON AUGUST 15, 2005. OWNERS MAY CONTACT KIA AT 1-800-333-4542.

NHTSA #05V23200019/05/2005Component: WHEELS

ON CERTAIN MINI VANS EQUIPPED WITH ALLOY WHEELS, MOISTURE CAN ACCUMULATE AROUND THE REAR HUB CAPS CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE OUTER WHEEL BEARING.

Consequence

WHEEL BEARING FAILURE MAY OCCUR WITHOUT WARNING WHICH COULD RESULT IN A CRASH.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE REAR HUB CAPS FREE OF CHARGE. UPON INSPECTION, SOME VEHICLES WILL ALSO REQUIRE REPLACEMENT OF THE REAR OUTER BEARINGS AND/OR HUB ASSEMBLY. THE RECALL BEGAN ON JUNE 13, 2005. OWNERS MAY CONTACT KIA AT 1-800-333-4542.
